QUALITY POLICY

The Quality Policy of DAEMAAR GROUP reflects the Top Management's commitment to ensure quality in organizational processes in any government and private construction work in UAE.

All our employees are expected to commit, support and contribute their required efforts, acquired knowledge, skills and appropriate work attitudes in fulfilling the standards of the Quality Management System.

Quality Manual is documented in accordance to the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 Documented Quality Manual specifies the scope of QMS of DAEMAR that includes all the requirements of this International Standard.

Quality Policy is drafted by the Management Team and approved by Managing Director. It is ensured that:

  • Quality Policy is appropriate to the existing business.
  • Applicable to all areas of operations.
  • Contains commitment to meet and exceed the requirements and expectations of the customers.
  • Provides a framework for establishing quality objectives and its review; and Commitment to comply with the requirements of QMS and to strive for its continual improvement.

Quality Policy is communicated to employees through meetings, by displaying it at key locations throughout the office, and by posting it in the website.

It is the obligation of all employees to fulfill the requirements of the Quality Policy in all of their work related efforts and decisions.

Quality Policy is communicated to new employees during induction

Quality Policy will be reviewed for its continued suitability in the Management Review Meeting. However, it may be subjected to additional review if any change occurs to business or business strategy, acquisition of new business, discontinuation of any of the existing product /service or due to change in existing statutory and regulatory requirements.
